The Health and Fitness for Self-Care program is administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Division of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitative Services, and Diagnostic and Treatment Programs. The other program within this office is called the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI). Both of these programs are managed by CMS and are implemented in conjunction with each other.
